Georgian Aubergine with Walnut Paste and Pomegranate

Hello there and welcome! This is officially my first recipe post, so I thought I would start with something well tried and tested  and easy to prepare. I love everything about Georgian cousine; to me it is the perfect balance of heartiness of Russian dishes […]

Where do we go from here? On body positivity and health

Today has been a good day. Well, let me reword this; it has been a good day because I did not let other people decide how my day will be. As I am starting to grow my social media accounts and focus on blogging about […]

Raw chocolate truffles

Raw chocolate truffles

Bonjour!

I thought I would ease into this blogging thing by posting another super easy, throw- together recipe and what else is easier to make than raw truffles.

Raw chocolate truffles

I have been inspired by  a batch of RAW Health ‘Blessed chocada truffles” I had bought in the health store and since I m a greedy person when it comes to food I wanted to have some more; there were three in the pack! What would I not do for an unsatisfied craving…

My kitchen cupboard is usually loaded with all kinds of baking material known to man, so i was pretty confident I can find something similar to make these.

I have also dressed them in different coloured coatings (coats?). Red freeze dried strawberries (these are fancy, but if you keep the jar/container opened for too long they become slightly wilted and sad, so better use up as much and as soon as you can), sesame seeds, desiccated coconut and matcha. Cause green. I’m not really a fan of this so called miracle food. I have tried matcha ice cream from a shop in Central London recently and I must say.. I try anything in terms of food..but this was not my cup of tea. OK I’ll stop now.

Here’s the ice cream for you to look at:

Old Fashioned Faux Carrot Cake

Let’s talk about carrot cake. Except this recipe is for a ‘faux’ carrot cake. The thing is: all my friends decided to have their birthdays in September and I ran out of carrots, and almond flour.. and raisins. But since I wouldn’t let a small […]
